What this certificate says

That a published, deterministic algorithm ran on inputs both sides kept sealed until everyone was locked in, and that this exact record was signed and appended to a public transparency log. It does not contain the inputs, only their Merkle root, so sharing it exposes nothing.

It describes a computation, not a ruling: nobody held money, took a side, or can change the outcome after the fact.
